On February 24 my life changed and will never be the same again. In this project, paintings from a past life serve as canvases for my work. The past is no more, it needs to be let go and then there will be strength to live the new.
In this project, I am trying to understand and comprehend how the war affected my life, my plans and dreams. Part of my life is destroyed, I left my hometown and country, I do not know where I will be tomorrow and how my life will turn out now. Here is the fear of the present, the pain of the destroyed past and hope for the future. About death and rebirth, about understanding, about sadness, sorrow and hope. All this is in this project.
